Shipping Costs and Times
Shipping costs are based on product size, weight, and your location, calculated at checkout. Shipping times can vary particularly in holiday season, however orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days if product is shipping from WA warehouse, and all nationwide + international warehouse stocks shipping 7-28 business days depending on your location. The nearest stocked warehouse to your location is automatically applied. Please reach out to us at admin@thefurbaby.com.au for your specific order should you have any queries.

Delivery Process 
We work with trusted third-party courier services, with many requiring a signature upon delivery. Kindly inspect your items for any damage or missing pieces before signing, as you're responsible upon receipt.

Delivery Attempts and Tracking 
If you miss the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a local pickup spot. While we provide tracking details, specific delivery instructions aren't always guaranteed. For any post-dispatch inquiries, feel free to contact the courier directly.

Lost or Missing Items 
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you believe any items are lost or missing. Unfortunately, claims for missing items won't be accepted after this time. The delivery typically reaches the front of your property, and any further handling is at the driver's discretion.

Cancellation and Redelivery 
Once dispatched, orders can't be canceled. Any shipping charges become the responsibility of the purchaser, and restocking fees may apply to canceled items before dispatch.

Limited Access Delivery
Ensure easy access for delivery, as the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a calling card. You can contact the delivery company directly for more convenient delivery arrangements.

"Authority to Leave" Policy 
If you grant "Authority to leave," please note that we hold no liability for any missing parcels. However, we provide tracking numbers for you to monitor your order's journey.

Parcel Issues and Delays 
Sometimes, unforeseen delays may occur beyond our control. Rest assured, we will do our best to resolve any issues with the delivery company.

Handling of Deliveries 
Make necessary arrangements for smooth delivery. Please be aware that our freight costs don't cover situations where the driver faces access issues.

Public Holidays and Refunds 
Delivery services aren't available on public holidays. Refunds for canceled orders are processed once all goods are returned to our warehouse.

Claims for Short Supply and Damaged Items 
Notify us within 24 hours for short supplied items and within 5 days for damaged items. Don't forget to include pictures of any damaged items in your email to admin@thefurbaby.com.au.
